A brief introduction to the key features of the ENAPI portal
Welcome to the ENAPI portal! Whether you’re a new or experienced user, our platform is designed to offer intuitive navigation and efficient tools for managing your operations. In this article, we’ll give you a brief introduction to the key features of the ENAPI portal and how to manage your account and settings effectively.
Navigating the ENAPI portal
Upon logging into ENAPI, you’ll find a simple and user-friendly interface consisting of five key menu items:
Roaming – Specifically for commercial users, this section allows you to send and accept roaming offers, manage agreements, and view existing connections.
Technical – Manage your charging locations and view connected tariffs. Monitor live charging sessions and access real-time data. Get insights into your data quality and that of your roaming connections.
CDRs – Review Charge Detail Records using CDR Clearing. Access CDR monitoring rules to flag potential anomalies in charging session data and catch issues before billing.
Financial – Export detailed CDR data by partner and custom time period for invoice creation. Reach out to get early access to our full Financial Clearing product suite.
Settings – Update user profiles, organization details, and product configurations.
These menu items provide you with everything you need to manage your business operations efficiently within the platform.
Managing your user, organization, and product settings
Keep your information current and configure product settings for smooth operations. Manage your settings by clicking the arrows next to your organization's name in the top left of the sidebar. From here, you can edit the following:
User settings – Update your name, password, and notification preferences.
Organization settings – Add and edit information about your primary and additional legal entities (e.g., brand/legal name, address, VAT). Invite or remove team members and update contact information.
Product settings – Configure product-specific settings such as technical handshakes, contract templates, CDR validation rules, and billing preferences.
Dual role support: eMSP & CPO
If your company operates as both an eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) and a Charging Point Operator (CPO), ENAPI’s dual role functionality allows you to manage both roles seamlessly. This ensures that you can handle all aspects of your business—from managing charging stations to facilitating roaming agreements—in a single interface.
Help center for feedback and support
