If you're reading this, it means that you've decided to connect to ENAPI to enable roaming ๐ŸŽ‰.

At ENAPI, we understand that each customerโ€™s needs and technical capabilities differ. Thatโ€™s why we offer two tailored options for getting onboarded onto our system. These options ensure that whether youโ€™re looking for a hands-on integration or a more automated solution, thereโ€™s a path that suits your needs.

Option 1: Full service integration with customization

Intro

This is the recommended onboarding option for most customers, as it allows for a tailored approach to integration. Given that OCPI implementations and interpretations often vary between companies, ENAPIโ€™s full-service integration ensures that your systems are properly connected to the ENAPI Transaction Broker. Our team works closely with you to assess your existing OCPI implementation. By addressing the nuances of each integration, we ensure seamless connectivity and data accuracy, minimizing the risk of miscommunication between platforms.

With this option, you get direct support, a custom setup to meet your unique needs, and full testing to guarantee that everything runs smoothly from day one.

This is how it works

  1. Commercial team member invites technical team member via the ENAPI platform.

  2. Technical team member schedules a call with our integration team to conduct the handshake and conduct necessary tests.

Option 2: Self-service integration

Intro

For those who prefer a more autonomous approach, our self-service onboarding option allows you to leverage the ENAPI CPO & eMSP simulator and automated tests to complete the integration independently. This option is ideal for customers who already have solid OCPI implementations and are comfortable managing the process internally. You can instantly test your connection and ensure compatibility before going live, without needing extensive support from our team.

While this option provides greater control and independence, it may require some adjustments if there are variations in your OCPI implementation that need addressing.

This is how it works

  1. Commercial team member invites technical team member via the ENAPI platform.

  2. Technical team member creates account via the link in the email invite.

  3. Market place participant registers to the ENAPI Transaction Broker in production.

  4. Market place participant conducts handshake in production.

Why full service is preferred

Though both options offer flexibility, we recommend the Full Service Integration for most customers. OCPI implementations can differ in both execution and interpretation, which often requires adjustments to ensure seamless integration with the ENAPI system. The full-service approach ensures that these variations are handled efficiently by our expert team, reducing potential downtime and future integration challenges.

Conclusion

Getting onboarded with ENAPI is a straightforward process with flexible options to meet your needs. Whether you choose the tailored Full Service Integration or the more independent Self-Service Integration, we are here to ensure your transition to ENAPI is smooth and efficient. For most customers, we recommend the full-service option, as it accounts for the nuances of OCPI implementations and ensures seamless performance from day one.

We look forward to helping you connect with ENAPI and scale your operations.
